How to track and trace your return
Once your return is approved and you have dispatched your item, you will receive a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your return. To track and trace your return:
- Visit the courier’s website or use their tracking app.
- Enter the tracking number provided.
- Follow the updates provided by the courier to stay informed about your return’s journey.

Refunds
A refund is available within 10 days after purchase. Please return the unworn and unused optical frames using the return form provided. Once we have received the returned item, we will issue a refund and notify you by email. Please note that the refund can take up to 10 working days to reflect in your account.
